New Apartment in Los Angeles

Hooray! We just signed the lease last night.
My lovely fiancée did all the leg-work on this one while I was driving an hour or more each way every day to work. I added thoughts and opinions, of course, but she really gets all the credit for the hard work.

Indiana Skyway Going Private

The Indiana Skyway Toll Road is being sold to Cintra of Madrid and Macquarie Infrastructure Group of Sydney for $3.85 billion.
Tolls will likely increase. But the application of private-sector discipline to the running of this road will stem the tide of losses. Perhaps, they will even turn a profit.
